Movie Moments LXI: Sleeping Beauty Edition (April 2021)

Time for another batch of fairy tale adaptations! This time around, Sleeping Beauty. (Y’all, there are so many creepster versions of the story labeled “erotic horror” or whatnot, humanity is gross.) I would also like to point out Aurora is the worst role model of the princesses, as she dances with a complete stranger who emerges from the forest, like, GIRL, you haven’t even seen any other humans for most of your life!

Also, it’s hard to root for the royals when Maleficent is so consistently magnificent. (See what I did there?)
