The official hashtag for the conference was #wcworld. Unfortunately, the panel sessions weren't numbered (i.e. something like "A12" or E04," like at other conferences). I feel pretty strongly about using hashtags for attribution as well as attention, so I decided to use the structure of "Session Timeslot + Session Location." It made for unwieldly tags sometimes, but seemed like the best option. I also tried to not misattribute panels, so if I wasn't sure of the panelist's name, I opted to say "the first speaker" or something similar.
The theme of the conference was "The Wonderful World of Writing Centers," since it was held at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. This means, of course, that most of the panels had groan-worthy puns in their titles.
